Roland Pascua is Arrow Strategies’  Manager of Human Resources and he oversees the overall operations of the Human Resources department. Roland has extensive HR consulting experience and has worked in a variety of industries including staffing, financial and medical.

 

Roland brings over 25 years of corporate executive, operations and human resource experience to Arrow. Community involvement is also important to him. He is currently serving as a board member for Make-A-Wish Michigan and Hope Water International. 

 

Born in Canada and raised in Michigan, Roland now resides in Rochester Hills, Michigan, with his wife and two children. In his off hours, you will find him spending time with his family and keeping active running and cycling.
