 Jeff Styers is the founder and President of Arrow Strategies. With over twenty-two (22) years of experience in the Information Technology Staffing and Consulting industry, he has extensive experience in all facets of the business including recruiting, sales, operations and management. Prior to founding Arrow Strategies, Jeff held various executive level positions with large, international companies, as well as led smaller local firms. Ron Pawczuk – Vice-President
 Ron Pawczuk is the Vice President of Arrow Strategies. He has over seventeen (17) years of recruiting, sales and managerial experience. Over the last fifteen (15) years he has focused his career in the Information Technology and professional consulting industry. In his current role at Arrow Strategies, he is responsible for the management, utilization and professional development of all branch offices throughout the United States. This entails setting the strategic direction and management of the organization, including P/L responsibilities, interacting daily with the delivery team to identify, source, recruit, present and close opportunities.  Kim Dzierzawski has over twenty (20) years of staffing industry experience. As a Certified Public Accountant with a degree from the University of Michigan she brings a wealth of knowledge to the Arrow Strategies Team. Correen Smith - Director of Human Resources
 Correen Smith is the Director of Human Resources of Arrow Strategies, LLC. She has over thirteen (13) years of Human Resource and Recruiting experience. She possesses a Master’s in Human Resource Administration from Central Michigan University, as well as, the Professional Human Resource (PHR) Certification. Correen will be responsible for but not limited to employee relations/development, performance management, strategic planning, compliance, benefit administration and policy interpretation.
Dan Kowalski - Engineering Division Manager
 Dan Kowalski is the Divisional Lead/Account Manager for Arrow Strategies’ Engineering Division. Dan has over twenty (20) years of staffing industry experience encompassing all aspects of the operation including new business development, recruiting, account management, and operations. Prior to joining Arrow Strategies, Dan worked at two other staffing firms where he held strategic positions in both growing and managing business. Jack Adams - Branch Manager of Chicago
 Jack Adams is the Chicago Branch Manager of Arrow Strategies. With over (15) years of sales/management experience in diverse industries, he has extensive experience in sales, recruiting and Management in the Information Technology arena.
