Jeff Styers – President / Partner


Jeff Styers is the founder and President of Arrow Strategies. With over eighteen (18) years of experience in the Information Technology Staffing and Consulting industry, he has extensive experience in all facets of the business including recruiting, sales, operations and management. Prior to founding Arrow Strategies, Jeff held various executive level positions with large, international companies, as well as led smaller local firms. Jeff attended the University of Michigan-Dearborn and is a former United States Marine. He is also a former undefeated professional boxer.

Kim Dzierzawski – Controller


Kim Dzierzawski has over twenty (20) years of staffing industry experience. As a Certified Public Accountant with a degree from the University of Michigan she brings a wealth of knowledge to the Arrow Strategies Team. Kim’s expertise is invaluable in guiding Arrow Strategies as it continues to grow.

Don Fraser – Vice President


With nearly twenty (20) years of experience in IT staffing, Don’s achievements include starting and growing an Inc. 500 company and training recruiters for NACCB. His strength has been implementing a deep understanding of the mechanics of recruiting and talent acquisition to train and develop our internal staff. Additionally, he oversees the implementation of our web based solutions. Since 2005, Don’s passion for recruiting and entrepreneurial spirit has been instrumental in growing Arrow Strategies.

Meghann Guentensberger – Operations Manager


Meghann Guentensberger has over seven (7) years of staffing industry experience in various capacities. Her passion for staffing and industry experience makes Meghann effective as manager of Arrow Strategies’ Human Resource, Employee Relations, and Delivery Support departments. Meghann earned a Bachelors Degree from Elmhurst College.

Matt Migliaccio – Regional Branch Manager


Matt Migliaccio is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Human Resources. After graduating, Matt began his career in the staffing industry and has successfully built his knowledge of the industry working his way through the ranks; beginning as a recruiter, moving into Account Management and most recently Branch Management. In 2007, Matt moved to Grand Rapids in order to get our Grand Rapids operation off and running. He currently manages our operations for both West Michigan and New England as a common client ties those regions together. As a former MSU hockey player, Matt’s work ethic is second to none and his tenacity and perseverance are true assets to the Arrow Strategies vision.
