Jeff Styers – President / Partner


Jeff Styers is a senior level executive with more than fifteen (15) years of experience in the Information Technology Staffing and Consulting industry. He has tremendous experience in all facets of the business including recruiting, sales, operations and management. For the last seven years, Jeff has been in various executive level positions with large, international companies, as well as leading smaller local firms. He is responsible for the strategy and ultimate execution of Arrow Strategies. He also oversees the daily operations including recruiting, sales, and infrastructure. Jeff attended the University of Michigan and is a former United States Marine. He is also a former undefeated professional boxer.

Don Fraser – Vice President


Don Fraser has over fifteen (15) years of experience in the staffing industry with a strong emphasis on Information Technology. He was the founding partner of Web Group, a successful recruiting company (Inc. 500 in 2002) which was later purchased by Arrow Strategies. In addition to his staffing industry experience, Don oversaw the development and sales of recruiting software that was sold on a global scale.

Kim Dzierzawski – Controller


Kim Dzierzawski has over twenty (20) years of staffing industry experience. As a Certified Public Accountant with a degree from the University of Michigan she brings a wealth of knowledge to the Arrow Strategies Team. Kim’s expertise is invaluable in guiding Arrow Strategies as it continues to grow.

Meghann Guentensberger – Operations Manager


Meghann Guentensberger has worked in various capacities in the staffing industry for over five (5) years.  Her passion for staffing and a strong understanding of the industry allow her to support the daily activities of Arrow Strategies.  Meghann oversees the entire operations of Arrow Strategies including HR, Employee Relations, Delivery Support, and Special Projects.
