Arrow Strategies Has Been Voted One Of Michigan’s “Coolest Places To Work”
August 31, 2005 - Rochester Hills, Michigan – Arrow Strategies announced that they are one of only sixty companies, statewide, to be voted a ‘Cool Place to Work’.
This unique competition was sponsored by Crain’s Detroit Business and the Grand Rapids Business Journal. In order to be recognized as a ‘Cool Place to Work’, companies had to be nominated by an employee and undergo a rigorous survey. Results of this survey proved that ‘Cool Places to Work’ value a balance between work and life. These companies foster an environment that attracts and retains quality talent, while offering training and opportunities for advancement.
