Mr. Fraser has nearly twenty (20) years of experience in IT staffing and management. Prior to joining Arrow Strategies in 2004, Mr. Fraser was instrumental in the inception and growth of WebGroup which was an Inc. 500 company. He also trained recruiters nationally for NACCB. Over the last five years, Mr. Fraser has been a driving force behind Arrow Strategies double digit growth.
