Donnie leads the new business charge for Arrow Strategies bringing on new clients and growing the clients Arrow currently supports. It's an exciting relationship-building role given that more and more companies can benefit from Arrow's agility in the fast-paced world of staffing. Donnie's decades of experience in all aspects of the staffing industry--literally, he has held every position--make him an ideal resource for companies who need strategic staffing guidance, in addition to a steady flow of Achiever candidates. Donnie is a Michigan native and earned his degree from Central Michigan University. A runner and sports enthusiast, Donnie and his wife Tammy have three sons who together enjoy travel and the great outdoors.
