Brad Parsel is Arrow Strategies’ Director of Engineering and Professional Services divisions.

 

Brad brings over twenty (20) years of staffing experience with some of the largest firms in the world to Arrow. Brad has held or oversaw almost every position in the staffing industry. He started his career as an Engineering recruiter then moving on to Scientific staffing, then overseeing multiple on-site staffing programs, followed by running multiple offices in the Professional Accounting and Finance areas across two states.

 

Born and raised in Northern Michigan, Brad now resides in Rochester Hills, Michigan with his wife and two Daughters. If not at work, you can find Brad outdoors floating on a lake during the summer and hiking or snowboarding during the winter. Brad is first and foremost a family man and time with his kids means everything to him.
