BINGHAM FARMS, MI, Aug. 5, 2015 — Chicago’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® announced at their annual luncheon, held at the Oak Brook Marriott on July 10th honoring all of the 101 winners, that Arrow Strategies was recognized as an Elite Winner in Work-Life Balance.
The 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® awards competition identifies and honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment. The qualifying organizations, which includes companies being nominated by individuals, are put through a rigorous three-fold application process which requires the company’s human resource departments to complete and submit an extensive survey along with an employee roster from which employees are randomly selected to complete a survey on how they rate their work environment. Once the results are collected, each application is statistically examined for quantitative data and scored. These Elite Chicago companies represent the best practices in human resources programs. The winners are selected based on their overall high scores and are then eligible to be named an Elite winner in certain categories.
