Sean Rossiter serves as the Sales Director for Arrow Strategies IT Division overseeing new business, account management and recruiting.

 

Sean is a 14-year veteran of the staffing industry having served as Recruiter, Account Manager, New Business Sales, Trainer and Manager. He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Western Michigan University.

 

During his career Sean has supported clients across North America from a Staffing and Managed Solutions perspective. He practices a value add, partnership driven approach to client relationships. He’s keen on understanding clients’ business needs and how he can best impact projects and deliverables that are of most important to them.

A Michigan native who recently returned from living out of state. Sean is a proud resident of Detroit and passionate about the service driven approach that Arrow Strategies takes in the communities we do business within.
