Arrow Strategies has long valued giving back to our community and supporting local and national charities. In 2014 we created Arrow Cares, a 501(c)(3), that helps to support everything from veterans, disadvantaged youth, and the homeless, to healthcare research, and healthcare costs for individuals and families experiencing financial hardships. Arrow Strategies also encourages this spirit of giving to our staff, offering a "Community Service Day" to all employees. This allows paid time off for an employee to donate their time to a local charity during normal business hours. In a single year Arrow Strategies’ employees typically volunteer over 1,500 hours to Metro Detroit-based charities.

ORGANIZATIONS WE SUPPORT
ESCOT Champions of Tomorrow supports youth and young adults with disabilities and other barriers by providing inclusive sports, social, and life-enrichment programs.
Capuchin Soup Kitchen provides nutritious meals, clothing, substance abuse counseling, job assistance, and other critical services to individuals and families in need throughout the Detroit area.
The Fallen and Wounded Soldiers Fund assists wounded veterans and the families of fallen service members with financial support and emergency assistance.

Neighborhood Service Organization delivers essential human services including housing assistance, mental health support, homelessness outreach, and healthcare programs for vulnerable individuals in Detroit.

American Diabetes Association works to prevent and cure diabetes while improving the lives of everyone affected by the disease.

Make-A-Wish Foundation grants life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses to bring hope, joy, and emotional strength to families during difficult times.
Lighthouse works to alleviate poverty and homelessness by providing emergency shelter, food assistance, housing, and other critical services to individuals and families throughout Oakland County.
