You may be wondering... What makes Arrow Strategies employees Arrow Achievers? Sure, accomplishing great things is part of it, but it's our mindset that makes the difference.

WE BRING THE CHANGE WE WANT TO SEE
That's what Achievers do! When you work with and for Arrow Strategies you're working with a company that values activism and has a heart for supporting local and national charities. That's why we created Arrow Cares, a 501(c)(3), which supports veterans, disadvantaged youth, the homeless, education, research, and helps with healthcare costs for individuals and families experiencing financial hardships. That's just for starters. Every year, 10% of what Arrow Strategies' earns goes to help people in need. Arrow team members get to choose their Charity of the Month and work together to help others in need.

WE SUPPORT THE COMMUNITY THROUGH CORPORATE GIVING
We embrace, as do many of our clients, a community that values activism and support of local and
national charities. In 2014, Arrow Strategies created Arrow Cares, a 501(c)(3), which was formed to
support education, research, and healthcare for individuals or families experiencing financial hardships,
etc. Additionally, Arrow Strategies also offers a "Community Service Day" to all employees. This allows
paid time off for an employee to donate their time to a local charity during normal business hours. In a
single year (pre-pandemic), Arrow Strategies’ employees typically volunteer over 1,500 hours to Metro
Detroit-based charities.
