Paul Long serves as the Director of Strategic Accounts for Arrow Strategies.

 

Paul’s career has been progressive at Arrow Strategies. He quickly became a top-performing recruiter moving up the ranks and transitioned into a recruiting manager role overseeing our Michigan and Chicago-based recruiting activity. Eager to learn and gain more experience, Paul filled a void on the client side and became an integral part of our success at Arrow’s flagship accounts. He gravitates to player/coach and became a go-to leader, as a Director of Strategic Accounts, in all aspects of the business. 

 

Paul is married with three daughters, including twins! He has a large family network on Michigan’s east side and has a strong belief in the motto “family first”. Paul loves anything outdoors, but these days, finds himself mostly standing on the sidelines cheering on his daughters in competition. Paul lives up to Arrow’s mantra of truly being part of something bigger than yourself!
