Southfield, Mich. – July 16th, 2016 – Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® honored all the 101 winners at their annual luncheon, held at the Chicago Marriott Southwest at Burr Ridge on July 15th, Arrow Strategies was announced among the 101 winners.
The 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® awards competition identifies and honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment. Organizations are assessed based on categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention and more. The qualifying organizations, which includes companies being nominated by individuals, are put through a rigorous three-fold application process which requires the company’s human resource departments to complete and submit an extensive survey along with an employee roster from which employees are randomly selected to complete a survey on how they rate their work environment. Once the results are collected, each application is statistically examined for quantitative data and scored.
The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® program recognizes companies that deliver exceptional human resource practices and an impressive commitment to their employees. The program is presented throughout the Unites States by the National Association for Business Resources.
