Southfield, Mich. – August 27th, 2016 – Crain’s Detroit released its annual list of Coolest Places To Work and Arrow Strategies was among those seventy-five (75) companies chosen for the award.
Crain’s selects the seventy-five (75) companies based on an employee survey. The program is open to all Michigan businesses, nonprofits and government entities that have fifteen (15) or more employees at a Michigan office. The company first provides a detailed survey including information such as benefits and perks followed by a survey sent out to all employees to answer questions about the work environment, etc. Overall, they are searching for companies with an employee friendly culture.
In addition to being a place anyone would want to work at, Arrow Strategies was recognized for its free massage Fridays, employee game room, paid day off to volunteer, comprehensive tuition reimbursement program and so much more.
