Tom is a staffing industry veteran who came to Arrow Strategies many years ago with 20 years of experience under his belt, and has amassed years more from there. Tom is all about making sure that Arrow's Achiever clients and Achiever candidates are wildly happy with our services and grow, grow, grow with us. Michigan born and raised and a grad from Central Michigan University, Tom and his wife Alison have three sons that keep them young through sports and outdoor fun.
